BUILDING ENVELOPE INSPECTIONS

POOL INSPECTIONS

FOUNDATION INSPECTIONS

The building envelope is one of the

biggest components of a structure

but also the most overlooked part.

We will perform our multi-point

inspection to ensure that you

are properly protected, and your

project will be protected for the

years to come.

A foundation requires multiple phase inspections, including during the pouring process, to make sure nothing is missed. We can provide you with a full

foundation plan overview, construction process inspections, and inspection

of the concrete as it is being placed.

Pools have many components, but most cities and building jurisdictions don’t

have a full inspection process for them.

We have a complete inspection

process starting with the plan review

and finishing with the startup operation

of the pool to ensure your

investment is safe.

PUNCH LIST SERVICES

WARRANTY EXPIRATION

Our inspectors can assist you with your punch-walk with your builder, and document and identify items that the untrained eye won’t see until it is too late. We will guide you through the process

of understanding what is industry acceptable and what is not, and work

with your builder on repair plans to make the process as easy as possible.

times when you will need someone

looking out for your interests during the actual construction. We can provide
