A foundation requires multiple phase inspections, including during the pouring process, to make sure nothing is missed. We can provide you with a full
foundation plan overview, construction process inspections, and inspection
of the concrete as it is being placed.
Pools have many components, but most cities and building jurisdictions don’t
have a full inspection process for them.
We have a complete inspection
process starting with the plan review
and finishing with the startup operation
of the pool to ensure your
investment is safe.

We have a full team of ICC licensed inspectors to perform all third party inspections required by local,
state, national jurisdictions,
and building codes. This includes
but is not limited to all MEP, Structural, Sheathing, Wallboard, and pre-frame inspections required.
With our partnerships with local
structural engineers, we are able to provide you a full array of structural services, including framing inspections, foundation inspections,
and structural verification reports.
Purchasing a home is a big investment, and In addition to the TREC inspectors,
our team of ICC inspectors are trained to locate, identify, and report different types of concerns such as building envelope, grading, drainage, and structural issues, as well as unpermitted work. This is all critical information you should have
when making a purchase of this size.

General building inspections only care about the minimum building code requirements. We perform “Quality Assurance” and “Quality Control” inspections to assure that your project
is built to the best practices, processes, and procedures, and provide reports during the entire period of construction.
Outside 1-2-10 warranties are a great investment for any new house.
They often require third party
inspections to verify the construction means and methods to issue the
warranty you are requesting.

WARRANTY EXPIRATION
Our inspectors can assist you with your punch-walk with your builder, and document and identify items that the untrained eye won’t see until it is too late. We will guide you through the process
of understanding what is industry acceptable and what is not, and work
with your builder on repair plans to make the process as easy as possible.
NEW HOME PURCHASES
Having a new home built can be an exciting process, but there are many
times when you will need someone
looking out for your interests during the actual construction. We can provide
you with reports and documentation for the entire process of the construction,
so you have peace of mind that
your investment is secure.
New homes and renovations all carry a warranty period on all work completed. Before this period expires, you will
need to have an inspection done to
identify any defective items that
are covered by the warranty,
preventing costly out-of-pocket
repairs down the road.
